So, does anyone know if sprint charges you to use the built in receiver on the motorola q9c? It probably would charge you if you used sprint navigation, but if your using mobile geo, would sprint still charge you for using the receiver?

As long as you are not online with the provider there is no charge so using mobile geo will incur no costs.

I've tried to use the receiver on mine, and I'm not sure if I ended up getting a falty model, or what the deal is, but for some reason, it first starts out not picking up a signal, then starts wanting me to connect to the internet, which I had disabled due to the fact that I don't have a plan with Sprint to use it and don't plan on getting. I've also been noticing when it comes to Mobile Geo, that I can type in all the searches I want for certain POI's that I know for a fact are in the data base, and it constantly tells me "no matches found," and I have the spelling correct and everything.
Have you had any of these issues, and if so, maybe we can talk off of this board and figure out how to resolve them.
